Yoga was originated in India it is a traditional and physical practise . The "YOGA" includes meditative practices in Jainism, Hinduism and Buddhism. In Hinduism, it refers to 6 orthodox school of philosophy of Hindu. Jainism, refers YOGA as sum of activities, i.e. physical,menatal and verbal. Yoga means "union",it is a Sanskrit word.It is the practice of using breathing and posture techniques for improve strength & relaxation.

Benefits of Yoga to Your Bones, Muscles, and Joints:

Yoga keeps us strong, because it involves the muscles in our body to balance and hold yoga poses. Various postures of YOGA give strength to our legs, feet, abdominals,hands, sholders and lower back. Breathing and Stretching in YOGA improves our helping joints, flexibility,muscles and tendons. Who suffer from rheumatoid or osteoarthritis arthritis can see a derastic improvement in their pain.

Ashtanga yoga, vinyasa yoga, power yoga,Bikram yoga improves our endurance. Rigorous yoga practice make specific sequence of poses (asanas) that proves challenging as progress. Hatha yoga, forms of power yoga, ashtagna yoga, Bikram yoga and vinyasa yoga require to keep body in constant movement between the poses, which result in a strenuous cardiovascular.

For weight bearing Yoga is an excellent excersise,because it improves density of bones. Yoga can help ward off osteoporosis, or thinning of the bones therefore it is useful for women that approaches to menopause.

Yoga for Mental Health:

Benefits for mental health can be measure on basis of relax one feels by going througjh it. Yoga decreases stress and anxiety, which results in a better mood, better health, and a proper concentration for whole day. Yoga is in use for helping in mental and emotional disorder.

Since yoga is a kind of meditation, it also results in sense of purpose and inner peace.Yoga is used for helping victims of torture or trauma.

Yoga for Everyday Life:

Yoga helps in curing insomnia, since regular yoga practice leads a better and sound sleep. Yoga helps in fighting the fatigue, it also maintain our energy level for whole day.
Yoga is efficient treatment for variety of diseases since it reduces symptoms of them. Which may result in weakness , fatige and malaise.

3.Kriyas (Right Cleansing):

This process is used in drawing attention towards affected areas of body and the mechanism of cleansing of body getbuttressed.

4.Balanced Yogic Diet (Right Diet):

Most diseases are result of bad food habits.

An improvement in our diet can result in a great body functioning.

5.Shavasana (Right Relaxation):

It is done a lots times.It is the process for both mind and body. The yoga holds the disease which is tension and and gives us health which is relaxation.

6.Yoga Meditation (Right Mindset):

Meditaion is used for stabilizing mind, increasing willpower and improving concentration. Develop one-pointedness inside us.
